What you'll do
Develop workplace layouts, concepts, 3D visualizations and detailed drawings. Coordinate design with client requirements, BOQ and site execution.
What we look for
Interior Design / Architecture background; AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools; understanding of workplace design and detailing.
Project Execution
What you'll do
Manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate contractors and vendors, track progress, quality, materials and timelines, and resolve site issues.
What we look for
Civil / Interior / Construction background; site execution experience; strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
MEP & Technical Coordination
What you'll do
Coordinate electrical, HVAC, fire, plumbing, networking, security and other building services with interior works and site conditions.
What we look for
Electrical / Mechanical / MEP background; knowledge of commercial projects; ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple systems.
Procurement
What you'll do
Plan material requirements, obtain quotations, compare vendors, negotiate rates, place and track orders, and coordinate timely material delivery to projects.
What we look for
Procurement / Supply Chain experience; vendor management and negotiation skills; strong understanding of construction/interior materials.
Manufacturing & Production
What you'll do
Manage production of workstations, storage, tables, reception counters and custom furniture from drawings through fabrication, finishing and dispatch.
What we look for
Production / Furniture / Manufacturing background; knowledge of materials, fabrication, quality control and production planning.
Business Development
What you'll do
Identify corporate interior opportunities, build relationships with CXOs, Admin, Facility and Procurement teams, understand project requirements and develop opportunities through to closure.
What we look for
B2B sales / business development experience; strong communication and relationship-building skills; understanding of corporate or commercial projects is an advantage.
Site Supervisor / Site Engineer
What you'll do
Supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, check drawings and measurements, monitor workmanship and materials, maintain site progress, and coordinate with the Project Manager and other teams.
What we look for
Civil / Interior / Construction background; site experience in commercial or interior projects; ability to read drawings, coordinate teams and solve site-level issues.
