As a Senior Architect at Intezine, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and design process for residential, commercial & redevelopment projects in and around Pune, India. Project Planning :

Knowledge of Rules and Bye-Laws of PMC Pune City :
- Stay up-to-date with the rules, regulations, and bye-laws of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) pertaining to residential construction.
- Ensure that all design and planning activities comply with PMC guidelines and standards.
- Provide guidance to the team on regulatory compliance and zoning requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Registered architect with 4-5 years of experience in design and planning.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and UDCPR 2020
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
